Isaiah 40
Isaiah prophecied -
"Behold, the Lord GOD will come with strong hand, and his arm shall rule for him: behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him." (Old Testament | Isaiah 40:10)
Obviously, He will rule with justice and mercy and which reward may be a blessing or a curse (punishment). Buy even so, there is a great component of love as -
"He shall feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young." (Old Testament | Isaiah 40:11)
Being a Good Shepherd would suggest that He knows each of his lambs by name. And He will lead their righteous parents also.
Being the Father of Heaven and Earth, the Creator, the Good Shepherd and Judge -
"Who hath directed the Spirit of the LORD, or being his counsellor hath taught him?
14 With whom took he counsel, and who instructed him, and taught him in the path of judgment, and taught him knowledge, and shewed to him the way of understanding?" (Old Testament | Isaiah 40:13 - 14)
Obviously, being omniscience and omnipotent, no one.
Today we see society stepping forward, counseling God in that which they think if fair, equal, and right in their owners. Obviously, they do not have an eternal or Godlike perspective.
