1 Nephi 21

Isaiah again makes reference to the Savior writing -

"Thus saith the Lord, the Redeemer of Israel, his Holy One..."  (Book of Mormon | 1 Nephi 21:7)

and again -

"...all flesh shall know that I, the Lord, am thy Savior and thy Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob."  (Book of Mormon | 1 Nephi 21:26)

Also in verse one where the Lord describes the foreordination and responsibility of Israel, he writes -

"...Listen, O isles, unto me, and hearken ye people from far..."  (Book of Mormon | 1 Nephi 21:1)

I believe "me" is Israel for in verse three he explains -

"And said unto me: Thou art my servant, O Israel, in whom I will be glorified."  (Book of Mormon | 1 Nephi 21:3)

"Me" then is Israel and much of the chapter is the responsibility and covenant of Israel in gathering Israel (bringing souls unto Christ) in the last days.
