Scripture Blog

This weblog is my personal online scripture journal. I try to read the scriptures each morning as I exercise on my cross-trainer. It has a great impact on my life and my testimony of the Savior and his restored church. The journal is really for my own benefit but I have set it up as a web log in hopes to benefit anyone else that may be interested. Matthew 18

When His disciples pridefully inquired -

"...Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?"  (Matthew 18:1)

In my mind, the Savior taught how we are justified or reconciled by His power -

"...Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven."  (Matthew 18:3–4)

I have found that humility, lowly of heart, meekness and willingness to do His will is essential in allowing the Power of Jesus Christ to justify us.
