Scripture Blog

This weblog is my personal online scripture journal. I try to read the scriptures each morning as I exercise on my cross-trainer. It has a great impact on my life and my testimony of the Savior and his restored church. The journal is really for my own benefit but I have set it up as a web log in hopes to benefit anyone else that may be interested. Isaiah 21

As Isaiah continued to receive revelations (visions) concerning the doom (burden) of many nations, I find it interesting as he confesses -

"A grievous vision is declared unto me..."  (Old Testament | Isaiah 21:2)

And as it came -

"...my loins filled with pain: pangs have taken hold upon me, as the pangs of a woman that travaileth: I was bowed down at the hearing of it; I was dismayed at the seeing of it.
4 My heart panted, fearfulness affrighted me: the night of my pleasure hath he turned into fear unto me."  (Old Testament | Isaiah 21:3 - 4)

Being a prophet is obviously not easy.
