Isaiah 2
Much of the words of Isaiah seem to not only be about Judah and Jerusalem in his day but also the Nephites as we as us in the latter days. Isaiah talks of those that choose to abandon the words of the Lord. One being -
"Therefore thou hast forsaken thy people the house of Jacob, because they be replenished from the east, and are soothsayers like the Philistines, and they please themselves in the children of strangers." (Isaiah 2:6)
In my mind in our day, "children of strangers" are those that are unbelievers or the unfaithful.
