This weblog is my personal online scripture journal. I try to read the scriptures each morning as I exercise on my cross-trainer. It has a great impact on my life and my testimony of the Savior and his restored church. The journal is really for my own benefit but I have set it up as a web log in hopes to benefit anyone else that may be interested. As I read this morning, even the many of the Lamanites were unreligious, they still seemed to be a trusting honest group with some standards. But Amalickiah seemed almost satanic as we read -
"...behold, this was the desire of Amalickiah; for he being a very subtle man to do evil therefore he laid the plan in his heart to dethrone the king of the Lamanites." (Alma 47:4)
