Scripture Blog

This weblog is my personal online scripture journal. I try to read the scriptures each morning as I exercise on my cross-trainer. It has a great impact on my life and my testimony of the Savior and his restored church. The journal is really for my own benefit but I have set it up as a web log in hopes to benefit anyone else that may be interested. Alma 48

Amalickiah, being a scheming and very wicked man -

"...began to inspire the hearts of the Lamanites against the people of Nephi; yea, he did appoint men to speak unto the Lamanites from their towers, against the Nephites."  (Alma 48:1)


Much like Satan, he used tools to deceive his people.  I note that he did appoint men to speak propaganda from their towers to inflame the people.  This could easily be compared to the media of our day.
