Scripture Blog

This weblog is my personal online scripture journal. I try to read the scriptures each morning as I exercise on my cross-trainer. It has a great impact on my life and my testimony of the Savior and his restored church. The journal is really for my own benefit but I have set it up as a web log in hopes to benefit anyone else that may be interested. Alma 32

Alma teaches what I consider to be the first step in developing faith -

"...therefore if ye have faith ye hope for things which are not seen, which are true."  (Alma 32:21)

In my mind, you have to hope for or think positive of the word or righteousness you are persuing.  You will never develop enough faith sufficient to repent if you or pessimistic or trying to prove as a falsehood.  It requires -

"...a sincere heart, with real intent, having faith in Christ..."  (Moroni 10:4)
