This weblog is my personal online scripture journal. I try to read the scriptures each morning as I exercise on my cross-trainer. It has a great impact on my life and my testimony of the Savior and his restored church. The journal is really for my own benefit but I have set it up as a web log in hopes to benefit anyone else that may be interested. Romans 1

Like Alma's question to Zeezrom, Paul teaches -

"...I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth..."  (Romans 1:16)

Of this power, Paul teaches that -

"...The just shall live by faith."  (Romans 1:17)

But then states -

"For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness..."  (Romans 1:18)

Which obviously suggests that righteousness and obedience goes hand in hand with faith.

Paul then condemns murder, homosexual practices, immorality, fornication, etc.
