Scripture Blog

This weblog is my personal online scripture journal. I try to read the scriptures each morning as I exercise on my cross-trainer. It has a great impact on my life and my testimony of the Savior and his restored church. The journal is really for my own benefit but I have set it up as a web log in hopes to benefit anyone else that may be interested. Acts 8

 I find it interesting that after the Ethiopian eunuch was baptized that - 

"...the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip, that the eunuch saw him no more..."  (Acts 8:39)

Does that mean he disappeared or immediately went away proselyting?

I also note that Philip just didn't baptize anyone for before he did, Philip said - 

"If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God."  (Acts 8:37)

The first two principles of the gospel is faith and repentance.
