Scripture Blog

This weblog is my personal online scripture journal. I try to read the scriptures each morning as I exercise on my cross-trainer. It has a great impact on my life and my testimony of the Savior and his restored church. The journal is really for my own benefit but I have set it up as a web log in hopes to benefit anyone else that may be interested. D&C 70

 In this revelation, we again see the Lord's explanation of the law of consecration for - 

"...inasmuch as they receive more than is needful for their necessities and their wants, it shall be given into my storehouse..."  (Doctrine and Covenants 70:7)

Obviously, this celestial law of consecration is mostly about attitude...not the world's.  The Lord defined equality as - 

"...every man equal according to his family, according to his circumstances and his wants and needs."  Doctrine and Covenants 51:3)
