Scripture Blog

This weblog is my personal online scripture journal. I try to read the scriptures each morning as I exercise on my cross-trainer. It has a great impact on my life and my testimony of the Savior and his restored church. The journal is really for my own benefit but I have set it up as a web log in hopes to benefit anyone else that may be interested. PofGP 1

I find it interesting that the Lord told Moses after a great revelation -

"...now of this thing Moses bore record; but because of wickedness it is not had among the children of men."  (Pearl of Great Price | Moses 1:23)

It is obvious to me is that this revelation referred to the Savior and the solemnities of eternity, thus -

"...in a day when the children of men shall esteem my words as naught and take many of them from the book which thou shalt write, behold, I will raise up another like unto thee; and they shall be had again among the children of men—among as many as shall believe."  (Pearl of Great Price | Moses 1:41)

No wonder this record is considered a "Pearl of  Great Price".
